On the eve of Texas’s 88th Legislative Session, the Honorable Dade Phelan, Speaker of the Texas House, and the Honorable Dr. Greg Bonnen, Chair of the House Appropriations Committee, will join The Meadows Institute’s Andy Keller for an exploration of mental health policy efforts in Texas.
