Jessica Lim, LCSW serves as Senior Project Manager for Child and Family Policy for the Institute. As a clinician, she has experience in a multitude of settings: in-home, hospice, school- and community-based. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Jessica provided teletherapy to older adults experiencing depression and other mental health needs as part of an NIH-funded clinical research project at The University of Texas at Austin. While at the Institute, Jessica has managed an in-depth system assessment in Dallas County and a component of the collaborative mental health project in Dickinson, TX. She currently manages a school behavioral health project in the Permian Basin and a learning collaborative focused on implementation science in North Texas.
Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington and a master’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Austin.
