Kimberley Givens

Executive Assistant

Kim holds more than 15 years of senior-level experience as an executive assistant in professional office positions. She established a strong performance record in high-volume, high-pressure environments — in established organizations, as well as start-ups. Kim’s experience also includes raising her now-adult children, and launching them successfully; as well as running her own businesses. Prior to joining the Institute, Kim served as Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of One Mind, where she excelled managing a continuous (and sometimes conflicting) stream of information, deadlines, requests, calls, and appointments — as well as coordinating events, conferences, and travel. She has a proven record of keeping offices running smoothly by improving efficiency — successfully balancing competing priorities and delivering quality work. Kim’s adept at working with all levels of employees, executives, and board members; excelling as a liaison between the executives she supports and those they’re responsible for directing and managing. In her role at the Institute, Kim supports the work of the Executive Office — specifically Andy Keller, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Kim has degrees in paralegal studies and political science. She was born and raised in Northern California, most-recently residing in Sonoma County. But when she recently became a grandmother, she relocated to Wisconsin to be closer to her son’s young family…and “Noni” to her adorable granddaughter.
