Lindsey Engelman

Senior Project Manager for Innovation

Lindsey supports the National Policy Implementation team to advance national implementation of effective mental health policy and practices, including expanding collaborative care and measurement-based care. Additionally, she supports the team in reducing barriers to care and increasing access to effective mental health care through innovative strategic partnerships.

Lindsey spent nearly ten years at The University of Texas building meaningful academic-community partnerships to develop a wide variety of programming. She most recently worked as a program manager with The UT Dell Medical School, working with community partners to find ways to improve, develop, and measure the impact of non-medical, community-based programs to impact health. She supported community organizations and healthcare payers in identifying mutual outcomes of interest with the goal of healthcare payers paying for interventions that demonstrate positive results. Lindsey has also worked with international and environmental justice non-profits. She is passionate about health equity and brings a lens of social justice to her work.

She holds a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning and Master of Arts in Latin American Studies.
