Executive Vice President for Justice and Health Yolanda Lewis presented on transforming the culture of crisis response at the Chicago Bar Association. Lewis touted the Institute’s Person-Centered Triage Approach, which aims to lower arrest and use-of-force rates by expanding the ability of call center professionals to gauge the needs and preferences of callers to prioritize a care-forward response.
