Texas Blue Chip Providers
The Texas Blue Chip Program is presented by Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute (MMHPI) and designed to provide no-cost clinical resources for police officers. Clinical resources include counseling and psychologist office visits that can be accessed without having to go through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Officer Wellness Programs at a police department, or insurance referrals.
All providers participating in the Texas Blue Chip Program are independent clinicians and are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Texas Blue Chip funders or the Meadows Institute. The State of Texas is responsible for licensing these clinicians, and the Meadows Institute does not independently vet, license, or endorse them.
