Every kid needs a hero, none more than the one in three Texas children who experience a mental health disorder. The good news is the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium, created by the Texas Legislature in 2019, has successfully launched with teams working tirelessly to advance mental health care access for all children and adolescents. The results have been nothing short of heroic. Session attendees will gain valuable insights on the Consortium’s work to date, as well as opportunities to partner and expand on it, through two key initiatives: The Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT).
