Texas House Public Education Committee – SB 435

On April 30, 2019, Kate Volti, MMHPI Director of Program Innovation for Child and Family Policy, was invited testimony on SB 435 at the Texas House Public Education Committee.  Senate Bill 435, relating to recommendations by local school health advisory councils regarding opioid addiction and abuse education in public schools, was filed by Senator Jane Nelson.
