Texas Senate Committee on Health & Human Services – SB 2111

On April 16, 2019, MMHPI President and CEO Andy Keller, PhD, was invited testimony at the Senate Committee on Health & Human Services.  Senate Bill 2111, relating to the Health and Human Services Commission developing a plan to contract with a public institution of higher education to operate a certain state hospital, was filed during the 86th legislative session by Senator Kirk Watson.
