This intensive 5-day, 40-hour training program is specifically designed for newly promoted and current Lieutenants in city, state, and county law enforcement agencies. Upon successful completion, participants will earn 40 hours of TCOLE credit, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their leadership roles.

First Line Leadership Series

The First Line Leadership Series is a comprehensive 5-day training program designed for Sergeants and Non-Sworn Supervisors in city, state, and county law enforcement agencies.
