Annie McGuire
Annie comes to the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with more than 15 years of experience in integrated behavioral health. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Annie was a clinical trainer and practice coach with the University of Washington, Advancing Integrated Mental Health Solutions Center. In this role, she supported implementation of Collaborative Care across primary care systems, led clinician training initiatives, and drove operational transformation in healthcare organizations nationwide.
In her role at the Meadows Institute, Annie supports the Health System Integration team by providing subject matter expertise in Collaborative Care and integrated behavioral health. She provides implementation consultation and technical assistance to health systems and clinical partners adopting these models, helping organizations strengthen integration efforts and optimize care delivery. Annie develops and facilitates workforce training and clinical education initiatives that advance the adoption and sustainability of Collaborative Care and Integrated Behavioral Health.
Annie earned an MS in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Providence. She currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and daughter.
