Beverly Estrada

Beverly joined the Meadows Institute with seven years of experience in Human Resources. She began her career working as a Human Resources Associate for Solutions Shared Services, Inc., an employee management company within the oil and gas industry. In this role, Beverly worked closely with the Human Resources Director, where she led the onboarding process, assisted in payroll and timekeeping administration, and trained employees on company policies and procedures.

In her current role, Beverly supports the work of the Senior Director of Human Resources and general human resources needs for the Meadows Institute, The Hackett Center for Mental Health, and regional centers across Texas. She answers human resources and benefits questions, coordinates hiring needs across teams, and assists with the annual benefits enrollment process. Beverly also works with the Vice President of Operations with general administrative duties.

Beverly has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Administration, with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from the University of the Incarnate Word. She currently resides in New Braunfels, Texas with her husband and their two sons.
