Caitlyn Barrow
Caitlyn joined the Meadows Institute with over 15 years of experience in management. Previously, she was at Texas Children’s Hospital splitting her time between project management and practice administration where she worked with senior leadership to develop a system to help pediatric patients with chronic conditions seamlessly transition into the adult healthcare system. Most recently, Caitlyn spent the last six years working with her husband at BAM Builders in Waco, TX. The knowledge gained from creating a business from the ground up is invaluable; however, she is ready to get back to her first love – healthcare.
In her role at the Meadows Institute, Caitlyn partners with the Chief of Staff for the Chief Program Officer to support the Chief Program Officer’s work throughout the organization. She coordinates with team members across the Institute to support various aspects of project lifecycles and process management efforts.
Caitlyn is a Texas Aggie that went on to get a Masters in Healthcare Administration and has also completed the Lonestar LEND Fellowship and Quality Improvement training at Texas Children’s Hospital. She lives in Lorena, TX with her husband and three children, not to mention the four goats and four dogs. They split their time between baseball games, gymnastic meets, and Texas Aggie football games.
