Caitlyn Barrow

Assistant Director for Special Projects

Caitlyn Barrow came to the Meadows Institute with over 15 years of revenue cycle, project, and process management experience. Her early career was spent in revenue cycle management for private practice physicians. Additionally, she previously worked at Texas Children’s Hospital, splitting her time between project management and practice administration. Although, her primary focus was developing and implementing a system to transition pediatric patients with chronic conditions, most often those with Developmental Disabilities (DD), into the adult healthcare system.

Most recently, Caitlyn spent six years growing a small-business, custom home building near Waco, Texas, with her husband. The transition to entrepreneur gave Caitlyn the opportunity to implement many of her leadership and process development skills from her time at Texas Children’s Hospital on the ground floor of a new, growth-oriented business.

However, healthcare, and working on better systems for those who are often marginalized in those organizations, is her real passion. In Caitlyn’s role at the Meadows Institute, she partners closely with the Senior Director for Special Projects. Their coordination is primarily focused on projects that span the Meadows Institute’s many teams.

Caitlyn is a Texas A&M Aggie with a Masters in Healthcare Administration, training from Texas Children’s Hospital in Quality Improvement, and a completed fellowship in autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities with Lonestar LEND.
