Project Coordinator – Special Projects, Center for Child and Family Wellness

Cassie brings over four years of nonprofit experience to the Meadows Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, Cassie worked at a small non-profit, where she served as receptionist, Database Administrator, and Advancement Assistant. She worked with grants and grant management for three years during her time there as well.

In her role at the Meadows Institute, Cassie supports the Child and Family Wellness team with coordination of grants and contracts for its various projects.

Cassie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and graduated with a Meat Science Certificate. She has also received a Certificate of Grant Writing and has her Raiser’s Edge Professional certification. Cassie lives on a family farm in Hallettsville, TX with her cat and three dogs, and loves to read and bake.
