Craig Boyce II

Senior Project Manager for Health and Public Safety

Craig joined the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with over five years of experience in project management and seven and half years of service in the United States Army. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Craig served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, beginning as a Blackhawk Helicopter mechanic at Fort Riley, Kansas, and quickly moving into leading his team on large maintenance projects. Craig was responsible for project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and overall project delivery. Deploying from Kansas, he led projects and training programs in multiple countries across Europe. His next assignment brought him to managing the operations of multinational training events across the Pacific, where he earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Most recently, he specialized in managing the IT compliance program for his department.

In his Meadows Institute role, Craig supports the Health and Public Safety team by contributing to the day-to-day execution across all Health & Public Safety initiatives. He assists in driving projects forward by drafting proposals and briefs, managing project timelines, coordinating interdepartmental processes, and following through on action items to keep work organized, aligned, and on schedule.

Craig has his BA in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University and his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. He is also a licensed, trauma-informed firearms instructor. Craig lives in Forney, Texas with his wife and two children.
