Danielle Polishak

Senior Project Manager, The Hackett Center for Mental Health

Danielle Polishak, PMP, joined the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with 11 years of experience in Operations and Project Management. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Danielle served as the Director of Fulfillment at ICG America, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company. In this role, she led multiple large-scale operational initiatives across several e-commerce platforms, managed purchasing and procurement teams, and partnered cross-functionally with departments company-wide.

In her role at the Meadows Institute, Danielle manages cross-functional projects for The Hackett Center that advance mental health policy, and community and relational health initiatives. She leads projects from planning through execution, facilitates collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, contributes to research, evaluation, and written deliverables, and provides regular updates to leadership. She supports the coordination and oversight of initiatives across Harris County and plays a key role in strengthening project management infrastructure by supporting and managing project managers, standardizing processes, and enhancing evaluation and accountability across projects to maximize impact.

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. An Austin, Texas native, Danielle currently resides in Austin with her husband and daughter.
