Florence Tse

Florence joined the Institute in June 2023 as part of our Summer Internship cohort and has consistently exhibited exceptional skills in project management, research, and data management, actively contributing to several ongoing projects (including Brain Builders). Notably, Florence has played a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of Knowledge for Impact, which encompasses a mixed-method approach to amplify the voices of community members, community health workers, and other organizations through qualitative focus groups and a quantitative survey.

In her role at the Institute, Florence supports The Hackett Center’s research work including designing and executing evaluation plans aimed at informing improvements to enhance the effectiveness and impact of Brain Builders.
