Jennifer Erasime

Jennifer Erasime, LCSW-S, brings over a decade of clinical and leadership experience spanning community and inpatient mental health settings, with a strong focus on program development, service expansion, and systems integration. Her career has been dedicated to improving access to care for underserved, unhoused, and indigent populations across Texas where she has successfully implemented innovative, recovery-oriented solutions tailored to local needs.

At the national level, Jennifer has contributed to transformative mental health initiatives by leading community clinical integration strategies and assessing mental health systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Her work with state hospitals and system-wide integration efforts focuses on enhancing quality, expanding access, and implementing best practices in care delivery.

Jennifer’s commitment to advancing recovery-oriented, person-centered care is reflected in her specialization in supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses, co-occurring substance use disorders, and complex medical conditions. Her collaborative approach has fostered sustainable change in mental health systems while prioritizing the dignity and autonomy of those served.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University. She actively contributes to her community by serving on the boards of Zero Overdose and Network of Community Ministries. Through these roles, she champions initiatives to reduce overdose deaths and strengthen community resources both nationally and in her Dallas community.
