Jennifer Erasime
Jennifer Erasime, LCSW-S has more than ten years of clinical experience in both community and inpatient mental health settings, with a concentration on program development and service expansion. Her work has centered on the underserved, homeless and indigent populations and increasing accessing care in Texas communities. She has worked with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams to cultivate community partnerships and expand access to care in her community. In her supervisory and clinical roles, she has been committed to integrating recovery-oriented and person-centered care, in high acute clinical settings for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and complex medical conditions.
Jen contributes her expertise and insights into community clinical integration strategy through our assessment work aimed at improving the community mental health systems. She supports health system change through our state hospital work and system integration to improve quality and access to care through best clinical practice.
Jen has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University. She serves on the board as co-chair of Mental Health America of Greater Dallas and provides clinical supervision to social work students in the behavioral health field.
