Jen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of clinical experience in both community and inpatient mental health settings, with a concentration on program development and service expansion. Jen’s work has been focused on the indigent mental health population with co-occurring medical complexities and substance use disorders through evidence-based practices. She has worked with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams to cultivate community partnerships and expand access to care in her community. In her supervisory and clinicals roles, she has been committed to integrating recovery-oriented and person-centered care, in high acute clinical settings.
Jen has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University. She contributes her expertise and insights into community clinical integration strategy through our assessment work and supports health system change through our Cloudbreak Initiative and Lone Star Depression Challenge.
