Kimberly Zabaneh

As Vice President of Human Resources, Kimberly oversees all human resource functions for the Meadows Institute, The Hackett Center for Mental Health, and regional centers across Texas. She is dedicated to driving strategic workforce initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. Kimberly has over twenty years of human resource and organizational development experience with The Meadows Institute, The University of Texas at Austin, and H-E-B Grocery Company, LP.

Kimberly holds both the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
