Lydia Vinson

Associate Chief of Staff

Lydia joined the Meadows Institute in October 2022, working as a Research Assistant for the Center for Child and Family Wellness. She later transitioned to the Philanthropy team in September 2023, where she aided the implementation of an organization-wide donor database.

In her role as Associate Chief of Staff, Lydia will help the Executive Chief of Staff manage the CEO’s many priorities and support the Executive Office more broadly in its work across the Institute.

Prior to joining the Institute, Lydia was an undergraduate research assistant on projects analyzing the systemic determinants of maternal health and disparities surrounding food accessibility among minorities.

Lydia has a B.A in Integrative Studies from the University of North Texas. She currently attends Texas A&M University – Commerce, where she will earn her Master’s in Healthcare Leadership.

Lydia resides in Mansfield, TX with her fiancé and her cat, Marc.
