Megan Chilton

Project Manager, Center for Health System Integration

Megan comes to the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with two years of experience in healthcare consulting. Her background spans health policy, behavioral health research, and large-scale health system transformation initiatives focused on strengthening care delivery and improving patient outcomes. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Meganwas a healthcare consultant at Transformcare, Inc., supporting health system transformation efforts across the Military Health System with an emphasis on integrated care models, healthcare operations, and delivery system improvement. Previously, she served as a Behavioral Health Intern with the Maryland General, where she supported behavioral health legislation and policy initiatives.

In her Meadows Institute role, Megan supports the work of the Center for Health System Integration by advancing initiatives that expand access to high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care and improve outcomes for individuals and communities. She coordinates and executes projects that drive meaningful health system change, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen mental health care access, enhance quality, and support sustainable systems of care.

Megan has an MS in Public Health with a concentration in health policy from Johns Hopkins University.
