Natalya Henry
Natalya joined the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with seven years of experience in accounting and financial systems, with a particular focus on internal reporting, expense tracking, and building efficient processes that support organizational goals.
Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Natalya worked as a Senior Accountant with Child Mind Institute, where she focused on monthly close activities, maintained recurring expense accruals, prepared Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements, and performed account reconciliations. She supported the audit, trained and supported teams in financial operations, and regularly collaborated with colleagues to explain financial results and support departmental budgeting. She also project managed the implementation of general ledger system Sage Intacct, as well as other financial tools.
In her Meadows Institute role, Natalya supports the development and implementation of budgeting policies and financial systems, assist with the monthly close and audit preparation, and help drive strategic financial planning across the organization.
Natalya holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College. Outside of work, she enjoys cross-stitching and is an avid jigsaw puzzler.
