Sandra Boada
Sandi Boada joined the Meadows Institute with over a decade of experience in healthcare analytics and economic modeling across payer, provider, and consulting settings.
With a deep understanding of the healthcare data lifecycle, Sandi develops robust economic and financial models to demonstrate programmatic and policy impacts. Prior to joining the Institute, she led analytic teams using statistical methods to identify fraud, waste, and abuse in behavioral healthcare, while working broadly to improve patient outcomes and lower the total cost of care. Throughout her career, Sandi has leveraged her experience in dashboard development and data visualization to make data accessible to patients, providers, and industry stakeholders alike.
In her role at the Meadows Institute, Sandi oversees the data work for the Institute’s needs assessments and health services projects, focusing on cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analyses. She identifies methods and strategies to quantify both the cost of providing behavioral health services and the total cost of untreated behavioral health conditions for the Institute’s projects.
Sandi has a Master of Healthcare Administration from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the College of William and Mary. She resides in western Pennsylvania with her family.
