Ms. Martinez-Parham is based in El Paso, Texas. Her work at MMHPI focuses on children’s mental health, evidence-based and best practices in child and family mental health, including Wraparound, school-based and early childhood models. She has participated in children’s behavioral health system assessments in North Texas and Dallas County. She was involved in a statewide trauma-informed care practice assessment and the development of a mental and behavioral health roadmap and toolkit for schools.
Prior to this work, Ms. Martinez-Parham worked for a local community mental health center in clinical supervision, utilization management and utilization review, program development and implementation roles and direct care roles.
Ms. Martinez-Parham is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas.
