Taylor Lockridge
Taylor comes to the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with six years of experience working in non-profit organizations, with a focus on Sponsored Programs Administration, strategic operations, and project management. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, Taylor served as Sponsored Programs Operations Manager at Child Mind Institute, where she partnered closely with colleagues and program leaders to develop new proposals and manage post-award activities for a diverse portfolio of restricted grants from private foundations and federal, state, and local governments. A core part of her role involved reviewing and interpreting grant contracts to identify financial and administrative requirements, as well as overseeing vendor compliance to ensure adherence with institutional policies, federal guidelines, grant restrictions, and the terms of each agreement.
In her Meadows Institute role, Taylor works alongside the Vice President of Sponsored Programs Administration to ensure seamless coordination of proposal submissions, grant compliance, and financial oversight. She collaborates across departments to streamline these operational processes to support the growth and sustainability of program initiatives at the Meadows Institute.
Taylor has a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Colgate University and a JD from Boston College Law School. She currently resides in New York City and while she has no pets of her own, she is an avidcat and dog sitter, always welcoming a furry friend for a pet cameo on Zoom.
