We have a new look. TexasStateofMind.org is now MMHPI.org

2021 is the perfect year to start anew.
The Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute has evolved from an ambitious start-up to a wide-ranging organization with a highly respected body of work that is helping our many partners transform Texas into a national leader in mental health care.
That’s why the Meadows Institute has launched a new website befitting this expanded reach and depth.
Here at MMHPI.org you can find useful resources and see how better policy is being successfully put into practice by our partners across Texas. Connecting you with reliable data and guidance is central to who we are, and this new site, with its improved navigability, helps you find what you need.
Among some of the new features:
- Case Studies: Each of these will examine a specific challenge the Meadows Institute faced, detailing the steps taken to address it and how we were able to make a difference in overcoming it.
- An expanded look at what we do, whether that involves working with state leaders to help inform policy changes, or with communities to assess local systems of care and identify ways they can be improved.
- Information about The Hackett Center for Mental Health along with their Trauma and Grief Center, Okay to Say™, and our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- And much more!
The Meadows Institute would like to thank Hoblitzelle Foundation for its generous investment in this new website.
