University Hospitals, the Chagrin Valley Dispatch, the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office, the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute and other organizations have partnered on a $1.3 million project intended to improve emergency response in Cleveland’s eastern suburbs for people experiencing a mental health crisis.
