December 4, 2025 – Joe Straus, the former Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, published a column in the Dallas Morning News praising the lifelong leadership and public service of Tom Luce, the founding CEO of the Meadows Institute.
In the column, Speaker Straus writes about the creation of the Tom Luce Policy Fund, which was made possible by the generous contributions of friends and supporters of the Meadows Institute.
