Foundations of Leadership

This intensive 5-day, 40 hour training program is specifically designed for newly promoted and current Lieutenants in city, state, and county law enforcement agencies. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities in key areas such as strategic planning, effective decision-making, navigating complex legal frameworks, and staying ahead of emerging trends in policing. Upon successful completion, participants will earn 40 hours of TCOLE credit, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their leadership roles.
