October 10, 2025 – The Dallas Morning News published the following article featuring the Meadows Institute’s chief medical officer, Roshni Koli, MD.
The editorial spotlights the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program, which provides telehealth access to quality mental health services to 956 school districts across the state that serve more than 4.5 million Texas students.
Koli is quoted, saying: “This program is a shining star for Texas. It is the most comprehensive school-based telehealth program for mental health conditions that exists in the country.”
