Parity and Care Integration
Keller’s testimony focuses on two major themes:
- Increased emphasis on nationwide prioritization of mental health parity in health care coverage
- Rapid national scale-up of early detection, treatment, and prevention, including the integration of behavioral health into primary care.

This marks the second time in just under a year that the Meadows Institute has appeared in front of a committee in Washington, with Keller testifying before the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions last April.
