Parity and Care Integration

Keller’s testimony focuses on two major themes:

  • Increased emphasis on nationwide prioritization of mental health parity in health care coverage
  • Rapid national scale-up of early detection, treatment, and prevention, including the integration of behavioral health into primary care.
